Simulation results: (1) representative brute-force trajectories for an 8-co-ordinate target structure, and (2) umbrella sampling weights for structures with different co-ordination numbers (4, 8 and 12) at several temperatures. The target structures, patch positions and DNA sequences associated with each structure are also included.
