Research and Publishing Experience Maps

Abstract

These graphics are part of a series of experience maps that were developed during a FutureLib project undertaken by the Cambridge University Library during 2013 and 2014, trying to understand what academics did and what services they needed. These are the outputs from contextual interviews with 34 academics and a 'shadowing' process where 10 academics were closely followed for 48 hours.
