Description

The data was used to produce the figures in the linked publication and it consists of the data for the individual figures as well as the raw data of the terahertz (in-line and off-line data), optical coherence tomography (in-line and off-line) and X-ray computed microtomography data.

Software / Usage instructions

TPI-inline data: the first row in file ‘TPI-inline-raw.csv’ contains the time delay in mm, which is valid for all waveforms of the terahertz inline data. The other waveforms in this file correspond to the reference waveform (i.e., electric field in arbitrary units). The other files contain the measurements from the beginning (i.e., ‘TPI-inline-1.csv’) to the end (i.e., ‘TPI-inline-10.csv’) of the process.
