The dataset includes experimental and simulation data and the codes used in the paper "A background correction method to compensate illumination variation in hyperspectral imaging". All experimental data is captured using hyperspectral endoscopy (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-019-09484-4). See the Readme file for detailed information.
