The dataset contains the heaviest weighted clusters from the atomistic Biased Exchange Metadynamics Simulations. The dataset is separated into Whole and Small Nucleosome subsets and further classified by Force field/Phosphorylation states. For the Large Whole nucleosome simulations, we have also added corresponding plumed .dat files for the Biased Exchange Metadynamics Simulations.
The files are standard .pdb file that can be viewed using most Molecular Viewers - Pymol/VMD/Chimera etc. The Plumed Data Files are compatible with Plumed version 2.3
