This research data supports “Dynamics of driven polymer transport through a nanopore” which is published in “Nature Physics”. The data set contains the data for each figure in the paper in the corresponding folder (Figure 1 – Figure 5). It also includes all the ionic current signals for single DNA translocations measured with all the nanopores used in the paper. Data for each measurement is in a single folder with the pore name, and the statistics and experimental conditions are listed in an Excel file named “List of the nanopores”.
