A set of 4 SHeM measurements that are used in the quantative analysis in the linked journal publication.

Software / Usage instructions
Data files are provides as .png images and .csv text files that can easily be opened in many software packages. In addition the raw data is provided in .mat format that requires Matlab or a Matlab compatible package. The text data in the csv is provided as a table of detected signals as a function of nanostage positions.
