Description

The provided dataset contains the source data of main figures for the research project about how triplets electrically turn on insulating lanthanide-doped nanoparticles (LnNPs) in light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The dataset contains the electroluminescence spectra of LnNP-based LEDs (LnLEDs) and their corresponding full width at half maximum of the electroluminescence at different wavelengths from different types of NIR-II LEDs; absorption spectra, FTIR and DFT simulation, photoluminescence (PL) spectra of LnNPs and LnNP@9-ACA nanohybrids; TCSPC and transient absorption spectroscopy data; light extraction efficiency of the LnLED, current density, NIR radiance and EQEs versus voltage for LnLEDs.
