Description
This research data supports “Quantification of disease-associated RNA tandem repeats by nanopore sensing” which is accepted in “Nature Communications”. The data set contains the source data for each figure (Figure 1 – Figure 4) and supplementary material. LabVIEW code was used to collect and process data recorded using Axopatch 200B amplifier.
Version
Software / Usage instructions
Source data is presented in a .xlsx file with all values required to reproduce the datasets. The file also includes the raw PAGE and Agarose gels.
Excel, Origin Pro or Python can be used to analyse the data. Agarose and PAGE gels are included and they can be analysed in ImageJ.
