Abstract

During development and regeneration, tissues undergo large-scale remodelling and it remains unclear how such morphogenetic movements influence immune cell guidance. A study by Le et al. shows that ectodermal tissue flow affects the movement of embryonic myeloid cells during the early stages of Xenopus development.
