Abstract

jats:titleAjats:scbstract</jats:sc> </jats:title>jats:pFour decay modes of the jats:inline-formulajats:alternativesjats:tex-math$$ {B}_c^{+} $$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"> mml:msubsup mml:miB</mml:mi> mml:mic</mml:mi> mml:mo+</mml:mo> </mml:msubsup> </mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula> meson into a jats:italicJ/ψ</jats:italic> meson and multiple charged kaons or pions are studied using proton-proton collision data, collected with the LHCb detector at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fbjats:supjats:italic−</jats:italic>1</jats:sup>. Ratios of the branching fractions of these four jats:inline-formulajats:alternativesjats:tex-math$$ {B}_c^{+} $$</jats:tex-math><mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"> mml:msubsup mml:miB</mml:mi> mml:mic</mml:mi> mml:mo+</mml:mo> </mml:msubsup> </mml:math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula> decay channels are measured.</jats:p>
