Conductance data from 256 multiplexed split gate devices, measured during a single cooldown to 1.4 K. These data support the paper entitled ‘Dependence of the 0.7 anomaly on the curvature of the potential barrier in quantum wires’ by L. W. Smith et al. It includes .csv files of the raw data prior to any data analysis, and data necessary to produce the figures.
