Smith, L. W., Al-Taie, H., Lesage, A. A. J., Sfigakis, F., Thomas, K., See, P., Griffiths, J. P., et al. (2015). Data for article: “The effect of split gate size on the electrostatic potential and 0.7 structure within one-dimensional quantum wires on a modulation doped GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructure” [Dataset]. https://www.repository.cam.ac.uk/handle/1810/249174
These data are from measurements of 95 split gates of different size using a multiplexing technique. Two terminal measurement techniques were used. DC bias spectroscopy was also carried out on a subset of devices. A full description of the data is available in the uploaded file: Data description diff geometry split gates.doc. These data were taken during spring 2014.
