Description
These data are from measurements of 95 split gates of different size using a multiplexing technique. Two terminal measurement techniques were used. DC bias spectroscopy was also carried out on a subset of devices. A full description of the data is available in the uploaded file: Data description diff geometry split gates.doc. These data were taken during spring 2014.
